The name USDW remains unchanged, and all existing systems, smart contracts, and operational workflows continue to function normally.
2. Return of USDW Stable Coin (Q2 2026)
A new, fully compliant USDW Stable Coin will be reintroduced and made available around Quarter 2 of 2026, subject to regulatory and operational readiness.

4. USDW Stable Coin Distribution Policy
USDW Stable Coin has never been offered for sale on any public platform, exchange, marketplace, or website.
The company distributes USDW Stable Coin exclusively to Private Investors under direct agreements with DWIN.
5. Private Sales Outside Official Channels
If USDW Stable Coin is found circulating or being sold outside official exchange platforms, such transactions are strictly private sales between individuals.
